HELLO LEGS Summer Cool Down Class (1 hour)
This class was inspired by a week of camping on Lake Michigan and hiking in hot sand - my legs felt strong but HEAVY, buzzing with heat, retained water, effort of flexing through sand and carrying equipment. This class is meant to COOL DOWN those summer legs, so less is more here - please do not over effort, relax and enjoy! Levels: 1-2. Beginners can do it too, just email me for modifications.
