Natasha's extensive studies of ayurveda, yoga science and eastern psychology, combined with deep self-study and meditation form a highly integrative approach  for her life coaching work. Meditation Coaching

Not all meditation is created equal. One can sit every day - and not see their life move forward. Some common issues meditators experience:
